Details: Up for sale is a 1997 Nissan Hardbody P/USpecs:-Single Cab-4 Cyl-Standard Transmission-218,XXX Miles Pros: - Runs Good-Shifts Smooth-Just had the transmission rebuilt right before i bought it in October of 2011-Windows are super dark-lowered about 2or 3´-Would make a good first truck or if someone wanted to continue to make it show worthy-It is my daily driver i drive to new orleans from albany and it has never broke down on me or given me any problems for that matterCons:-The truck is in primer grey and the drivers side fender and hood is primer black -The dash lights come on and go off at will i believe its the dimmer switch-At around 3,000 RPM´s theres a rattling noise that quits once it drops below 3,000 not exactly sure what it is-The main problem with the truck is the previous owner was turning it into a showtruck and cut the back of the cab and front of the bed out and put a boot around it to seal it. The problem with that is the bed cover that he had on it broke so a piece of plywood was placed to cover the whole so either another bed cover would need to be purchased or if your fine with the plywood then it does just fine.-does not come with a radio but comes with 4 tweeters and a door speaker-a/c does work but i was told in order to switch it from heater to a/c a knob needed to be turned i havent messed with it because i figured i would do more harm than good but the a/c does blow and heater works exceptionally well and it does switch between vents, floor, and defrost.Like i mentioned earlier i believe this is a good little truck with alot of potential and still has alot of life left in it. It does have its issues but i mean what 15 year old vehicle doesnt. it has never left me on the side of the road and hasnt shown any signs of trouble.
