Details: I have a 1987 Pathfinder for sale. The truck runs excellent and shifts ok, minus the slip in 1st to 2nd. I believe this to be a stuck accumulator and it hasn´t affected the operation of the truck whatsoever in the 3 years I´ve owned it. I drive the truck every day. Interior is decent aside from a cracked dash and being a little dirty, but it´s a truck. I use it as such. 4x4 works splendidly and will pull you through just about anything. The VG30i V6 motor runs excellent minus a valvetrain noise. This may be an indicator of the need for a valve adjustment, but the truck has 216K...so no biggie. I´ve lost the title and the tag has been out since last February. That´s honestly the biggest issue with this whole truck. Details: 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8S. This car is in very good condition and has 90K miles on it. It´s a one owner and has been very well taken care of and had all maintenance performed religiously. It has never been wrecked or in even the slightest of accidents and the CarFax will verify this. I run full synthetic oil and have since around 45,000 miles, changing it at every 3K miles. I had the transmission fluid changed around 20K miles ago and the radiator/coolant system was flushed and filled a year ago. The front rotors, struts, discs and both belts have been replaced within the past 2 years. I run lucas fuel system cleaner at every oil change. It has a K&N OE Replacement Filter. I have gotten roughly 34 mpg highway in this car it´s entire life (which is huge, given the current gas prices and what they are predicting in the near future). Everything on this car works and it runs and drives perfectly. The interior and exterior are extremely clean and there is only one tiny, light ding on the car and it´s on the fuel door and is barely noticeable. The only other blemish is one of the wheels are missing it´s hubcap, but one could be picked up from a salvage yard very reasonably. The CD Player has an auxiliary jack for an IPod or other mp3 player, and I will throw in the connector cord for free. This car has never been hot rodded or mistreated and still has the original Nissan battery in it (yes, with 90K miles on it)! This car books at $7,255 Private Party Seller, I am only asking $6,500 and will consider legitimate offers. This is a ridiculously nice, economical car and will not last long. Details: I bought this from a guy a few months ago and did some work to it. I had rear differential work done that made it shift great which costed me $450. Then I put new tires on it and expected to use it as a daily driver...until the transmission started missing a few gears one night. I´m not sure what happened, but now it won´t go into first or fifth gear. You can still drive it in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fine though. It may just need a little transmission work to be like new again. It is a 5-speed manual, but I have an extra automatic transmission that will come with it if you wanted to change it to an automatic. It ran very strong in all gears when I drove it before the transmission screwed up. The body is strait except for a crack in the back bumper but it´s not noticable. The interior is pretty rough. I took a door panel off with intent to replace it, but I´m tired of dumping time and money into it. I have around 900 into it after I bought it. The only thing I know it would need after transmission work is the suspension. I was told ball joints and possibly struts. But like I said, it drives great in the gears that work. Make me an offer. I hate that it´s just sitting when someone could put a little time into it and have a good running Z. I have over 900 into it, so I think $1000 is a great deal.
