It has a clean title and has never been in an accident. This is my daily driver 6-7 months out of the year. Surprisingly, for a sports car it gets great gas mileage. I normally average 23 mpg city/highway mix. I can normally drive about 400 miles between fill ups which is great for road trips. This is the touring package so it comes with burnt orange leather and navigation (2010 maps). The Z has brand new Nitto tires. I recently installed drilled and slotted rotors w/ Kevlar pads all around. It has an APS tall boy upper/lower plenum and Fujita cold air intake. I also have all the stock parts which will come with the sale of the car. I change the oil every 3k and have only used Royal Purple 5W30 full synthetic.
