I bought this truck from the original owner in Chesaning Michigan, whose Father In Law ran a Nissan service department for a Franchise dealer, so all maintenance was done before I chose to purchase it last year. This vehicle has needed one repair since my ownership, Front Calipers ($700), and one maintenance item (serpentine belt was original), other than customary oil change at 3000 mile intervals. If you know these vehicles and have done your research, as usual, there is absolutely zero oil consumption by this bullet proof engine, nor leakage, at approximately 150k miles. The Air Conditioning is great, the 6 disc in dash CD player works flawlessly, Power Windows, Power Locks, Tilt, Cruise, Delay Wipers, Sun-Roof, and Rear Window Defroster all work perfectly as well. 4X4 is Awesome in this great vehicle, Last Year brought much snow, and I drove this PURPOSELY in the worst conditions, FEARLESS, LOL. The XTerra is well known for being a Tank! Solid, Reliable, Safe, Sturdy, and Bright Yellow, hard to have a bad day walking out to that fun, bright, cheery truck!!The interior of this vehicle is super clean, and devoid of pet odors, or smoke, or rotten french fries or hamburgers.
