Details: - 1997 Nissan Maxima GLE- 271K miles- front wheel drive- automatic transmission- dark green exterior- tan leather interior- power locks/windows/sunroof- dual power heated front seats- factory Bose CD/cassette/radio- factory 16´ alloy wheels- fresh PA inspection (good thru 3/13)The good:- all power accessories work great (locks, windows, sunroof, seat heaters, CD player, radio, speakers), but the display on the radio does not light up anymore- recently replaced radiator, battery, 2 tires, springs and struts (lower mileage used ones), MAF sensor, front O2 sensor, cylinder 3 coil, new plugs and wipers- oil changed about 1000 miles ago- paint looks good, no clear coat peeling or anythingThe bad:- drivers side front fender is ´pancaked´ and looks as if the car was hit or side-swiped while parked (prior to my ownership)- a few small dents and dings on a few other body panels, nothing too out of the ordinary- drivers seat and center console lid show a lot of wear and some tears, but rest of interior and leather is in very good condition for the car´s age- the car does leak some oil, so I just keep an eye on it and check the dipstick about once a week, and top it off as needed- there is a small exhaust leak on the front side of the muffler - this could probably be patched up or welded shut, I just haven´t had a chance to look into it yetOverall, the car is visually not perfect, but is actually in relatively good shape for being 15 years old and having 270K+ miles. The car starts up fine and runs well. It has an occasional ´hiccup´ which I believe to be due to a clogged EGR tube. I will try and clean it out, worst case, it will just need a new EGR valve and that occasional stumbling should go away. I´ve put a lot of time and money into getting many issues sorted out and repaired since I´ve owned the car so it would pass inspection. There are a few other minor things that it could use that I just haven´t had the time or money to work on yet, such as new brakes, changing the transmission fluid and cleaning the EGR as described above.The car has been regularly driven since I´ve owned it the last few months. Its not perfect, but has been a pretty reliable car for commuting back and forth to work. I also have another car, so for now this has to go to pay some bills.Price is $1800 (CASH ONLY). Details: I have a 95 pathfinder 3.0 v6, auto, ac, cruise control, 4x4, has suspension switch for sport and comfort. When I first got the car it had 75k on the speedometer and shortly after, the speedo stopped working so I got a new one the new one says 127k but it really has around 77k I just got the car inspected last month, when I got the car it was wrecked so I replaced the front right fender, there is a slight bit of rust, nothing serious. tred is like new on all of the tires, even the spare, lots of trunk space. There is also an o2 sensor problem which is pretty cheap to fix, it is a good learning car for kids to drive, I would accept a trade also for preferably a fully functional Audi or volkswagen but I am interested in others manual transmissions only please price is negotiable.
